2.1 If you create an account on www.remit.com.au, you are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account, all activities that occur with/by the account and any other actions taken in connection with your account.
2.2. You must immediately notify RTP of any potential and/or real breaches of security and unauthorized use of the account.
3. General Terms.
By creating an account and selecting a product or service, you agree to pay RTP a service fee per transaction (if applicable) and/or annual subscription fees for selective promotions conducted periodically. Subscription payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for Subscription packages when made available by www.remit.com.au.

RTP may terminate your access to all or any part of this website at any time, with or without reason, cause or notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your remit.com.au account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have a pre-paid Subscription, such account can only be terminated by RTP if you materially breach this Agreement and fail to resolve such breach within two (2) days of RTP’s notice of breach to you thereof.
RTP can terminate the Service immediately as a result of discontinuance of the Service (partial or permanent business termination).
All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination, shall include without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RTP, its contractors, its licensors, their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, agents and Service Providers, from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of this website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
