BS Cosmetic Science is a four-year course that focuses on the formulation and evaluation of cosmetics, toiletries, and fragrances. It also includes training in the various cosmetics industry and the inclusion of management.

 

Centro Escolar University-Manila was the first university to offer Cosmetic Science in the Philippines and Asia. It was conceptualized by Dr. Zenaida Austria and was first offered back in 2002.

BS Prosthetics and Orthotics in under the College of  Allied Rehabilitation Sciences offered in the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, Inc. (UERMMMCI).

 

A prosthetist design creates and fits artificial limbs on patients who are missing a part or all of a limb. While an orthotist fits braces and other devices to enhance the movement and function of a patient’s limbs or spine.

 

The PSPO is geared with training, service, and research on the fabrication, development and clinical application of mobility devices for persons with disability (PWD).

Physical activities are included to ensure that optimum performance will be delivered while eliminating or reducing the risk of acquiring injuries in the process.

 

So if you’re a sports enthusiast, you can enroll at the University of Santo Tomas, University of the  -Diliman, and Bulacan State University.

BS Forensic Science is a four-year degree program in the Philippines. This program will train you in using specific principles and techniques to solve different crimes.

 

Unfortunately, no university in Manila offers this course. If you really want to study Forensic Science, you have to apply to the University of Baguio and the University of the Cordilleras.
