First Mobile Passport Mission 2018: 512 Slots Up for Grabs in Adelaide

If you’re living far from Sydney or Canberra, renewing your passport might be an expensive task. Luckily, the schedule for the First Mobile Passport Mission 2018 is released!

By virtue of Philippine Passport Act of 1996, we are mandated by law to renew your passport when it expires. But personal appearance is non-negotiable. Unfortunately, not everyone can comply because of time and budget constraints.

With this predicament, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is releasing multiple “Mobile Passport Mission” to cater to our Kababayans. Now, you have an option to renew your passport within your vicinity.

Adelaide, South Australia

For the first round, the Mission will be held in Adelaide on May 8 to May 11 (Tues – Friday). The venue is yet to be announced. The consulate is accepting applications starting today.

How to Apply

You have to take note that you have to secure a confirmed appointment first before you can avail of the service. There will be no walk-in applications.

To secure your appointment, you have to send all the requirements VIA POST to Philippine Embassy, 1 Moonah Place, Yarralumla, ACT 2600. Applications sent electronically will not be accepted.

The requirements are as follows:

There may be other requirements for minors, women changing status, passports issued 2010 or earlier, new passport application, dual citizenship, and lost passport. Please check the Embassy’s circular for the additional requirements.

Only those with complete requirements will get a slot. The appointment date and time will be emailed by the embassy not later than April 17, 2018. Please check your spam folder also as some might receive it there.

You can also email for an email appointment not received.
